"When I began working with Jane Ellen and the flower essences in September 2007, I had very specific issues I wanted to address: a persistent envy of others who appeared to have more, (a karmic knot to unravel that had been passed on to me from my mother); a painful shyness and insecurity that I covered with a competent, take-no-prisoners mask; and a haunting sense that an unconscious agreement I had made as a child to stay at home and take care of my ailing father was still influencing my decisions to this day. This was a lot to work on.

Jane listened as deeply as anyone I have ever known. With one ear tuned to me and the other to her spirit guides, she collaborated with me to create a blend that addressed each of these issues specifically. The journey with my blend through each of the 4 stages was very much as she described it would be.
